Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take? All TISSUI products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production, plus delivery time:

• UK: 3–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Will I get a tracking number? Yes — once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production will have begun and we're unable to make changes.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order? As all items are made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong? Contact us within 30 days at tissui.sales@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or full refund.

Sizing

How do I choose my size? Each product page has a size guide. Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, oversized fit — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down.

Are the fits true to size? Our hoodies and sweatpants run oversized by design. T-shirts are also cut for a relaxed fit. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.

Products

What are your products made from? Our garments are produced via premium print-on-demand. Fabric compositions are listed on each product page.

Will colours look exactly like the photos? We do our best to represent colours accurately, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and production processes.
