Returns & Refunds Policy

All TISSUI products are made to order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

No returns for change of mind or sizing Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons. We strongly recommend checking our size guide before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at tissui.sales@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return required.

Order cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production will have begun and we are unable to cancel.

Refund processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
