Production time All TISSUI products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your item to be produced before it is dispatched.
Delivery times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Customs & import duties For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Lost or delayed orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at tissui.sales@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
